Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a team-oriented Material Handler in Alabama to move raw and finished materials through production lines. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely throughput within a manufacturing setting.

You will operate lift trucks and other equipment, manage material movements, and coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, with a lift truck license being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team and meet production goals.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, receipts, and measurements.
• Must be able to operate lift trucks and other equipment as needed.
• Able to lift and move items over 50 pounds; physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain raw material inventory and unload deliveries.
• Process material receipt paperwork.
• Move raw materials through production areas and chassis through to holding or coating areas.
• Support in production tasks and in repairs as required.
• Maintain exterior yard and perform basic site upkeep.
• Be adaptable to shift in team responsibilities as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with team leaders and colleagues.
