Job summary

RectorSeal in Palm Coast, FL is seeking an experienced Material Handler to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, move materials between storage, production, and shipping areas, and support inventory accuracy. The role is on-site, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., with potential overtime to meet demand. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, securing loads, and collaborating with teams to maintain efficient production schedules while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or 6 months experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Able to work 8-12 hour shifts standing
• Available for overtime as needed
• Must be able to read and write English

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials
• Load/unload trucks and secure materials to prevent damage
• Receive and verify inbound materials against purchase orders
• Transport materials to storage locations and production lines
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures
• Coordinate material movements with supervisors and teams
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and productivity
• Participate in training to improve material handling skills
• Adhere to attendance and safety policies
