Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good math, English language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required.
• High degree of attention to prevent injury to self or others; promote a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean & safe environment.
• May be required to use RF scanner gun.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain copy of production schedule and move material/equipment to designated areas.
• Unload raw materials from trucks or rail containers.
• Move goods on pallets or in crates around the facility.
• Stack goods in correct staging areas per inventory instructions.
• Stack empty pallets.
• Perform daily equipment checks on the truck battery.
• Dump materials into scrap hoppers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
