Qualifications

  • Minimum 9th grade education; HS diploma or GED preferred.
  • Forklift Driver licensing completion required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • No minimum experience required; forklift experience is preferred.
  • Basic math and inventory techniques helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Move material between inventory, production and finished goods areas.
  • Band, wrap, and label finished goods; move them to warehouse.
  • Assist production with bottlenecks and material needs.
  • Perform general preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Complete pre-shift startup equipment checklist; report issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory yard of materials and finished goods.
  • Complete production records as required.
  • Follow forklift rules and company policies.
  • Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
