Qualifications

• Minimum 9th grade education; HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• No minimum experience required; forklift driving experience preferred.
• Basic math and inventory techniques helpful.
• Must complete forklift driver licensing process.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Move materials between inventory, production, and finished goods.
• Band, wrap, label, and pack finished goods.
• Move finished goods to inventory yard or warehouse.
• Support production with material needs and bottlenecks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Complete pre-shift startup checks and report issues.
• Maintain organized inventory yard of raw materials and finished goods.
• Complete production records as required.
• Follow forklift policies per company policy.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
