Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) in Eagan, MN is seeking a Freight Handler Lead with a safety-first mindset and strong communication. You will lead by example, ensure on-time attendance, inspect the dock, coordinate with dispatch, and assist with loading/unloading freight.

Applicants should have forklift experience and, ideally, prior supervisory experience. This full-time, non-exempt role offers benefits and biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 90 lbs.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all team members are on time and ready for work.
• Inspect the dock to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate dock operations with dispatch.
• Meet daily with Operations Supervisors for assignments.
