CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Eagan, MN is hiring a Freight Handler (Forklift Operator) for the midnight shift (12:00 AM–8:00 AM). You will load and unload trailers, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and document movement with handheld scanners.

This safety-sensitive role requires a minimum of six months forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 90 pounds occasionally, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 90 pounds.
• Six months of verifiable forklift experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or hand carts.
• Use handheld scanners to track and document freight.
• Identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight.
• Verify the condition of freight to meet quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
