Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc in Eagan, MN is hiring Freight Handlers for a midnight–8am shift. This safety‑sensitive role uses forklifts, pallet jacks and hand carts to load and unload trailers and move freight, including heavy weights, within a fast‑paced distribution environment.

You will scan and track freight with handheld devices, stage inbound shipments, and verify freight condition to meet quality standards. Biweekly pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 90 pounds.
• At least six months of verifiable forklift experience.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Pre-employment skills assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or hand carts.
• Use handheld scanners to track and document freight through the network.
• Accurately identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight.
• Verify the condition of freight to ensure quality standards.

This is a safety sensitive position that is responsible for loading and unloading freight from trailers using a forklift, pallet jack, and/or handcart.
