CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Freight Handler Lead to guide a small warehousing team with a safety-first mindset. The role requires leading by example, taking accountability for your crew, and performing daily warehouse duties.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm with a pay rate of $23 per hour. Prior forklift and supervisory experience are preferred, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 90 pounds.
• Previous forklift experience – preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
