Job summary

CANPACK Colombia in Indiana is hiring an Industrial Forklift Operator to unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse, using forklift and low-lift pallet truck as needed.

You will work with SAP RFID systems, adhere to GMP/BRC quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires 2+ years forklift experience, English reading/writing ability, and a proactive team mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years forklift experience; propane, gas, or diesel preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiar with SAP and RFID systems.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load inbound/outbound products and move stock in warehouse.
• Inspect forklift condition before starting work and report faults.
• Record pre-use checks in the system or logbook as required.
• Ensure pallets are secured and labeled for transit.
• Operate forklift to move stock per instructions and FIFO.
• Support general warehouse duties when forklift not in use.
