BGR in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to handle unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, and loading outbound shipments, using RF devices and various warehouse equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with starting pay at $19.50 per hour and higher rates for relevant experience. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience as an order picker, receiver, or similar warehouse role.
• Experience operating forklifts, tow motors, pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with RF devices and basic computer use.
• Strong English reading/writing and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect and operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Unload and stage inventory off trucks for receiving.
• Verify packing slips and reconcile with received goods.
• Process receipts using RF devices and computer.
• Put away inventory into designated storage locations.
• Pick shipments accurately, secure and stage.
• Process LTL & parcel shipments through shipping portals.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Support inventory audits, including cycle counts and location checks.
