Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients according to the pick list.
• Record batch/lot numbers for each ingredient.
• Operate forklift following safety policies and GMP.
• Control inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Move stock to production per supervisor instructions.
• Inspect forklift and ensure safe operation.
