Job summary

Locke Solutions, a premier provider of custom precast concrete solutions in Houston, is expanding its yard operations and seeking a dedicated Yard Operator to support production, shipping and logistics. You will operate forklifts, load/unload, move precast elements, and maintain safe, organized yard workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 6 months to 2 years forklift/yard experience and forklift certification with site-specific training.

• Support yard efficiency and workflow.

Role Summary/Purpose

The Yard Operator will independently operate standard forklifts to transport mid-size precast elements, load/unload trailers, and maintain safe, organized yard operations. This role is essential in supporting production, shipping, and logistics.
