Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Sparks, NV is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to safely operate forklifts and support daily warehouse operations. You will contribute to accurate shipping, receiving, and a well-organized work environment under the Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, counting inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. A valid forklift certification and 1+ years in warehousing are preferred; high school diploma or GED is

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience in manufacturing and/or warehousing.
Ability to obtain valid forklift operator certification.
Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Ability to follow Nestlé Life Saving Rules.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against documentation.
Inspect forklifts and equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records with cycle counts and updates.
Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas and labeling.
Collaborate with team to coordinate daily activities and optimize workflow.
Provide updates and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Pick, pack, and stage materials accurately for shipment.
Perform general housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned.
