Job summary

Schwan's is hiring for a full-time role in a cold storage distribution environment. You will receive product requests, pick pallets, and operate lift equipment per safety standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18, and 2+ years of related experience. Expect to work in a freezer environment with potential Saturdays and opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to gain and maintain forklift certification and license and complete cart driver training.
• Ability to operate equipment in cold/freezing temperatures (30 degrees).
• Ability to use WMS and SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and pick pallets for distribution.
• Operate equipment in accordance with GWP and OSHA regulations.
• Operate lift equipment safely to minimize damage to product and racks.
• Report malfunctions of high lift stacker/reach truck equipment to supervisor.
• May assist with periodic inventories in the work area.
