Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe, efficient operations in a dynamic environment.

You will support outbound/inbound loads, document activities in SAP/CONA via handhelds, perform pre- and post-trip checks, and work a second shift from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack certifications are required.
• Switcher operation certification is required.
• Class A CDL where required.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secure outbound loads with protective wrapping and update documentation (STO).
• Load/unload trailers and log in SAP/CONA via handhelds to track inbound/outbound loads.
• Perform safety and housekeeping duties, pre/post-trip checks, and keep work area clean.
• Operate a switcher to maneuver 53’ and pup trailers to the dock.
