Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator II responsible for material movement and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. The role includes loading/unloading, documenting inbound and outbound moves, and following SAP/CONA handheld processes.

The position requires safety awareness, ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and readiness to operate in a high-tempo warehouse with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operations and basic safety principles.
• Ability to read and follow written SOPs or instructions.
• Capable of loading/unloading and securing outbound/inbound loads.
• Experience using SAP or CONA handheld systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move vending and cold drink equipment to fulfill sales requests.
• Secure outbound loads with protective wrapping and attach proper documentation.
• Load and unload trailers to support delivery activities per SOPs and log via handhelds.
• Perform safety checks and housekeeping, keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with staging equipment, yard maintenance, and other movements as needed.
• Operate a switcher to maneuver trailers to the dock when required.
