Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator II for the 2pm–10pm shift. The role moves and positions materials using forklifts and pallet jacks, secures outbound loads, and records activities in SAP/CONA handhelds.

Candidates must meet safety standards and be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities include load/unload assistance, stage equipment, and operate a switcher for trailers.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read SOPs and document activities accurately.
• Capable of working in extreme temperatures and noisy conditions.
• Must have switcher operation certification and CDL where required.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, and unload assets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secure outbound loads and attach required documentation.
• Update SAP/CONA handhelds for inbound/outbound tracking.
• Perform safety checks, housekeeping, and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with staging equipment and yard maintenance as needed.
• Operate switcher for 53’ and pup trailers to the dock.
