CompensationHourly base pay rate is $14.71 - $22.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary based on location, experience, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commissions and incentive programs.
Job Description

This position is responsible for safely picking up, storing, loading transports, and setting non-drivable vehicles for sale using a Front End Loader/Forklift with 18-foot forks. Attention to detail and safety are essential due to the varying sizes and conditions of vehicles, which may have loose or hanging parts.

1. Conduct daily pre-trip safety inspections before starting work
2. Make minor adjustments and request repairs in writing to mechanics or supervisors
3. Safely load, unload, rearrange, and maneuver the forklift/loader throughout the lot
4. Verify stock numbers on the computer and from the vehicle before loading
5. Move vehicles to inventory staging, sale stalls, or storage as per paperwork or computer instructions
6. Transport vehicles into garages or sheltered areas for inspections, repairs, or as directed
7. Load vehicles onto transports or fleet trucks for off-site transportation

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Less than 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

This position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
