Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred 6 months forklift operation experience and/or experience with warehouse equipment.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Completes and documents required pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stacks and stores merchandise using forklift, clamp, or push-pull equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment in accordance with customer requirements.
• Verifies correct quantity and product type loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking in an accurate and timely manner.
• Moves product from staging to trailers for outbound loads.
• Maintains documentation to support inventory accuracy and product security.
• Assists with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
