Job summary

Opti Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator Helper / Ground Rigger in Clark County, WA. Pay starts at $20+ per hour with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and overtime opportunities.

The role supports forklift operators, assists with rigging and moving concrete products, and requires adherence to safety procedures. Training and PPE are provided in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist forklift operators with moving and positioning dunnage and materials.
• Act as ground rigger to safely hook up chains, clutches, and rigging equipment.
• Help move concrete products using spreader bars and lifting equipment.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and rigged before movement.
• Communicate clearly with forklift operators and team members during lifting and moving operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.

What You’ll Do

• Assist forklift operators with moving and positioning dunnage and materials.
• Act as a ground rigger to safely hook up chains, clutches, and rigging equipment.
• Assist with moving concrete products using spreader bars and lifting equipment.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and rigged before movement.

• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience working around forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment
