Job summary

INW Precast in Newman Lake, WA seeks a Precast Concrete Yard Operator to assist daily yard operations, handle materials, load/unload precast products, and support production and delivery activities outdoors in all weather conditions, with safety as top priority.

You will climb on/off semi-trailers, inspect rigging, move and organize products, maintain a clean, safe yard, and communicate with drivers and yard staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.

• Assist with moving, staging, and organizing precast concrete products and materials.

• Perform routine inspections of rigging and yard equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support other yard and production activities as assigned.

Status: Full-Time, Hourly | Starting at $22/hour DOE

Position Summary:

The Precast Concrete Yard Operator assists with daily yard operations, material handling, loading and unloading precast concrete products, and supporting production and delivery activities. This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and maintaining a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
