Job summary

XPO Logistics Freight Inc. is seeking aForklift Operator to efficiently handle palletized and non‑palletized freight on a dock. The role requires operating pallet jacks and forklifts, loading and unloading goods, and following safety policies on a non climate‑controlled dock.

Qualified candidates are 18+, able to perform basic math, and flexible for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. The position offers health and life insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Available to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift as required.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Maintain safety and follow company policies.
• Scan and track shipments with mobile devices.
