Job summary

Westlake is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within our manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures in a fast-paced environment.

• WorkKeys Silver/Gold/Platinum level required.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, transport, stack, and stage materials using FIFO.
• Move materials to designated locations and manage storage.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance.
• Support shipping/receiving, including paperwork and LTLs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in counts.
• Adhere to GMPs, housekeeping, and organization standards.
