Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ to load and unload pallets, move them inside the plant, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. This role pays $20.00 per hour and runs Monday–Friday, 5:00am–3:00pm, at 425 S 67th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85043.

Brand-new team environment with competitive pay, overtime as needed, and access to benefits including time off, and 401(k) options. Prior warehouse or lumber-related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• High safety awareness and ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
• Able to work Monday–Friday shift 5:00am–3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
