Job summary

48forty Solutions in Savannah, GA is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to load and unload pallets and move materials to support production. This role requires safe lifting, stacking, and maneuvering within the plant.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with overtime as needed. We offer $20.00/hour, holiday pay, daily pay options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and opportunities for career advancement. 48forty is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
