This role emphasizes safety, accuracy in inventory, and timely deliveries, with opportunities to back up Shipping Lead and support teammates.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School diploma or GED and a valid Forklift Operator License, with preferred experience in corrugated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: experience in the corrugated industry and/or as a forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain the forklift, ensuring safety guidelines and procedures.
• Complete daily forklift inspections before shift and report needed repairs.
• Prepare stock for delivery to machines and optimize workflow.
• Move finished goods, store and label properly.
• Maintain stock locations in storage and systems for seamless operation.
• Support Shipping Lead as backup and assist teammates as needed.
• Complete production data, machine status, safety and quality records.
