Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of forklift experience, Crown certification, and solid English communication. The job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud production area with regular standing and walking.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years forklift manufacturing/production experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
• Must be Crown certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all equipment, guards, and safety devices are in place and follow safety rules.
• Operates powered industrial trucks to pull pallets and transport inventory to the warehouse.
• Places inventory in correct locations and stages orders for shipment.
• Loads outbound truck trailers with aluminum cans safely and efficiently.
• Monitors production schedule and communicates with management and coworkers.
• Performs visual inspection of cans and packaging quality.
• Maintains safe housekeeping and keeps work areas clean.
