Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc., a CRH company, seeks a non-exempt yard worker in Pennsylvania to support production by safely moving and organizing precast concrete products.

The role requires operating forklifts and loaders, unloading stock, and coordinating with delivery personnel to ensure accurate orders and timely shipments. A high school diploma and prior equipment experience are preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
• Good basic math and measurement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklift and loader to move inventory, unload stock, and load orders.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Load customer trucks based on ship tickets.
• Push aggregate material using a loader.
• Complete weekly equipment inspections.
• Keep area safe, clean and organized.
• Interface with customer service, technical service, and delivery personnel.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
