Job summary

Randstad in Delano, CA seeks a forklift operator to keep packing lines flowing by moving raw product, packaging materials, totes, pallets, and finished goods. This role involves feeding boxes and loading supplies to line equipment, plus safe handling of curtain-side trucks. The job requires 6 months forklift experience and PIT testing; evening shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating double sit-down propane and electric forklifts.
• Ability to work safely around pedestrians and tight equipment lines.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Move raw product, packaging materials, totes, empty pallets, and finished goods to keep the packing lines running.
• Packaging & Box Feeding: move empty pallets to box-making machines and stack wrapped pallets.
• Line Supply: bring raw product to line feeders and feed wrapper machines and precoolers.
• Material & Curtain Truck Handling: safely load/unload curtain-side trucks.
• Pallet & Tote Logistics: transport washed empty totes and stack pallets in high-traffic zones.
