Job summary

Randstad is recruiting General Laborers for a grape packing operation in Delano, CA. You will assist on the production line, packing, wrapping, and labeling grapes to meet quality standards. This role emphasizes speed, reliability, and attention to detail in a refrigerated warehouse setting.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and adherence to GMPs and food safety. Training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and move for 8–10 hours in a refrigerated/warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed during material handling.
• Comfort working on a fast-moving production line with attention to detail.
• Commitment to GMPs and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Grape Packaging & Quality Control: inspect grapes, sort, and pack into clam shells, bags or boxes per guidelines.
• Weigh packed grape containers to verify weights.
• Operate wrapping equipment and monitor line to keep production running smoothly.
• Monitor packaging quality, seals, labeling, and box assembly.
• Perform facility support like cleaning, sanitation, and material handling of packing supplies.
