48forty Solutions LLC in Riverside, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator to load/unload pallets, move materials, and support efficient plant production. Pay is $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 3:00PM–11:30PM shift and every other Saturday.

The role requires safety focus and the ability to lift and transport pallets in a fast-paced environment. You will work with wood pallets, stack products for trailers, and help maintain a safe workplace while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and move them to the correct location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or storage areas at a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment while lifting, stacking, and transporting materials.
