Job summary

R+L Carriers, Inc. is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator at our Columbiana, OH service center. You will move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet, operating a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock.

Starting pay is $22.93 per hour, with benefits including vacation after 90 days, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays. Schedule is Monday–Friday with various shifts depending on operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Ability to read manifests and interact with a computer display.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience is preferred.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Full-time Forklift Operators at our Columbiana, OH service center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be tasked with moving all different types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long. You will be operating a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment
• Some LTL experiences
