Revelyst in Stockton, CA, is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments, operate forklifts and related equipment, and maintain strict inventory controls. The role involves picking, packing, staging, and coordinating with shippers to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, forklift certification, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct others in the operation of material moving equipment, stand up forklift and related vehicles inside the warehouse.
• Determine loading/unloading sequences for space, safety, and damage prevention.
• Receive, stock, unload, and load inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory controls and conduct counts and location printing.
• Stage material and prepare orders for shipment with correct quantities and labeling.
• Pack and weigh orders as required and match invoices to shipping labels.
• Follow safety procedures and assist other departments as needed.

Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction by ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, free of damage and processed in a timely manner.Essential Functions of this Role:The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Operate and instruct others in the operation of material moving equipment, stand up forklift and related vehicles inside the warehouse.Determine sequence for loading and unloading shipments for maximum space utilization, safety, and damage protection.Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.Perform computer lookup/inquiries to determine product location and/or description.Responsible for receiving, stocking of all inbound shipments; unload and load materials onto or from shipping containers, pallets, racks, and shelves.Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of items received, and counting of physical inventory.Operate manual dollies, manual platform lifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and hand tools used in warehouse operations safely and as instructed.Identify obvious damage to equipment and materials through visual inspection.Stock, arrange, and rotate warehouse items in accordance with standard operating procedures and/or guidance from supervisor.Prepare orders by ensuring correct products and quantities are picked and prepared for shipment.Pack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary.Match invoices to shipping labels.Stage material in proper location for shipmentOperate voice directed picking equipment - able to hear and speak into headset.Attention to detail and ability to follow directions to meet deadlines.Follows all safety and security procedures.Meet or exceed accuracy and productivity expectations.Assist in other departments of the warehouse, as necessary.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneWork Environment:Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations.Due to forklifts and other equipment traveling through the warehouse the environment can be noisy, dusty, may emit gas fumes, and create excessive vibrations.Physical Demands:Must be able to move around in a large, fast-paced warehouse for 8 or more hours.Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75lbs frequently.Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete surfaces.Requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Expected Hours of Work:Must be available during standard operating hours, Monday through Friday.Start and end times may vary due to operational need.Remaining flexible with working schedules is required, to include working overtime, evenings, and weekends.Travel :NoneRequired Education, Experience and Skills:Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.Must be at least 18 years of age.1 to 2 years of related experience and/or educationForklift certifiableMust be an adaptive learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.Positive attitude - work as part of a team and/or independentlyEstablish and maintain cooperative and effective working relations with people in different functions.Active listening skillsBasic math, reading, and voice comprehension are a must.Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match visible items and other data.Maintain regular attendance.Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:Reliable transportationPrevious knowledge of voice replenishment and RF equipment a plusPrevious receiving experience preferred.Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification, warehouse procedures, and storage areas to pull stock and materials.Additional Eligibility Qualifications:To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
