Accurate Personnel in Minooka, Illinois is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team. This role requires safely operating multiple forklift types to support warehouse operations; the right candidate is reliable and punctual.

Typical shifts are 8 or 10 hours, with compensation starting at $16 to $19 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. You will work to maintain inventory accuracy, safety standards, and efficient material handling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse forklift experience.
• Ability to work 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Versatile Operation: Safely operate multiple types of forklifts based on daily operational needs.
• High-Bay & Order Picking: Use EPJ for vertical storage and item retrieval.
• Loading/Unloading: Manage inbound/outbound freight using Sit-Down and Clamp attachments.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards; conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to maintain accurate stock records.
