Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight is seeking a Forklift Operator for our West Valley City, UT facility. The role involves loading/unloading materials with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scan guns, while maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a 10:00am–6:30pm or 12:30pm–9:00pm schedule, overtime as needed, and a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + Company Match, PTO, and flexible scheduling when possible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions.
• Forklift experience required; certifications preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull route using manifest, stage freight, and assist drivers.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Identify OS&D and report discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following TSA/OSHA guidelines.
