Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to support loading and unloading operations across a busy warehouse in Fontana, California.

This role requires operating a forklift, pallet jacks, and RF scan gun, maintaining safety and accuracy while meeting scheduling needs (2nd and 3rd shifts, Tue–Sat). The position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates must have a High School diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Must operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• RF scan gun experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Read and comprehend work instructions.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Must lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• English speaking, reading, and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, and other duties.
• Ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately.
• Identify overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safe and secure work environment following TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
