Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our Coppell, TX facility. The role involves loading/unloading materials, using hand trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include pulling routes from manifests, assisting drivers, identifying OS&D, and complying with TSA/OSHA safety guidelines. Overtime and possible weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding materials.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify OS&D (overages, shortages, damages).
• Maintain safe workspace per TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Pull routes using manifest and assist drivers.
• Load and unload freight.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of packaging and systems.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Annotate OS&D and discrepancies.
