Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for the efficient movement, organization and warehousing of product in accordance with process standards. You will meet customer needs, maintain safety, and operate equipment with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining organization, tracking inventory (FIFO), completing logs and reports, and supporting continuous improvement in material flow.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification.
• Flexible schedule and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of assigned area contributing to an efficient workflow.
• Follow defined processes for protection and usage of high value assets including transport fleet and equipment.
• Maintain inventory control (FIFO) and accuracy of incoming/outgoing material.
• Meet productivity goals by applying best practices and completing logs/reports.
• Operate equipment safely per guidelines and maintain production records.
