Job summary

Maersk in Coppell, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator to support loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and hand trucks. You will follow manifests, stage freight, and assist drivers to move goods efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, and experience with RF scan guns, with the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Fluency in English and overtime availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks; RF scan gun experience.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Use manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Perform material handling: picking, packing, scanning, and counting.
• Ensure timeliness, quality packaging, and accurate system updates.
• Identify and annotate OS&D (overages, shortages, and damages).
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklift and pallet jacks.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
