Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Stand Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS WELCOME!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM at 276 South Gate Drive, Minster, Ohio 45865.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Additional Hourly Pay: $1.00 per hour when working B shift
• Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
• $1000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $10/hr bonus for productivity after training

Work Schedule

Rotating B Shift Schedule:

• Thursday through Saturday, 4:30 am - 4:00 pm (plus rotating 4th day)
• Wednesday through Saturday, 4:30 am - 4:00 pm (plus rotating 5th day)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Able to work in a diverse environment
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Handle paperwork accurately
• Support automated packing systems during production
• Perform other duties as assigned
