Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Stand Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS WELCOME!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM at 276 South Gate Drive, Minster, Ohio 45865.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

• Hourly Pay: $20/hour
• Additional Hourly Pay: $1/hour when working B shift
• $1000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $10/hr bonus for productivity after training
• Rotating Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 4:30am-4pm (Plus One Additional Scheduled Day Sun.-Wed) or Wednesday-Saturday 4:30am - 4pm (Plus One Additional Scheduled Day Sun-Tues)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Accurate handling of paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Other duties as assigned
