Job summary

Novolex is seeking a dedicated Order Picker for our warehouse team. You will accurately select and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items meet customer specifications and are ready for shipping.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse or shipping experience. The role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software a plus.
• Forklift familiarity or standup forklift experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack orders based on customer requests and shipping schedules.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and effectively (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
