Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Forklift Operator to move, receive, and ship products in a cold warehouse environment. The role involves operating electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect Hands Free systems while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, stacking and wrapping pallets, and documenting procedures. Flexibility to handle shipping, receiving, or inventory tasks is required in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 70 pounds from floor to up to 92 inches.
• Carry and maneuver product up to 20 pounds over short distances.
• Frequent standing and walking on cement surfaces throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PIT equipment for defects before and after use.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move pallets and goods.
• Use Vocollect Hands Free to receive, load, and fill orders accurately.
• Stack and wrap boxes on pallets for shipping.
• Move products to trailers and maintain safe handling procedures.
• Report damaged cases and discrepancies to supervisor.
