Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Forklift Operator to perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a warehouse setting. This role operates a forklift or pallet jack to move finished products, raw materials, and dry goods, ensuring accurate order preparation and documentation.

Responsibilities include equipment inspection, product rotation, and adherence to safety procedures while working in cold environments. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, and forklift certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Physically capable of standing/walking for long periods.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move pallets and products safely.
• Follow safety procedures and document inspections as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse.
• Receive, load, and prepare orders for shipping or dispensing to customers.
• Rotate products and manage pallet stacking with accuracy.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any defects.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and general cleanup.
