Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations including heavy equipment operation (forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Experience with order picking processes, including picker operations.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures (preferred).
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments with precision while following all safety protocols.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accurate stock levels; participate in order picking processes.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation and OSHA compliance.
• Work with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
