TKO StaffPros is hiring a Forklift Operator / General Laborer for a full-time role in New Albany, MS. The position requires operating a forklift while performing general labor and material-handling duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and able to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• General labor experience is required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting is required.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be safety-conscious and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Perform general labor duties throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Move materials between work areas as needed.
• Assist with production, warehouse, and material-handling tasks.
• Perform frequent heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
