Staffmark Group in Tupelo, MS is hiring a Production Forklift Operator for a growing manufacturing facility. You will operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods, pack products, and inspect quality while keeping a clean and safe work area.

This temp-to-hire role supports daily production and requires adherence to safety and 5S practices. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with RF scanners or WMS.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Experience in fast-paced production environments
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products
• Pack products accurately and efficiently
