Job summary

Elective Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Byhalia, MS. Ideal candidates have recent experience with Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders, are safety-minded, and dependable for a full-time role.

You will use RF scanners and WMS, perform daily equipment inspections, and help with loading/unloading. A forklift certification is preferred; must pass background check and drug screen; must be eligible to work in the

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Retrieve product from double-deep rack locations accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to complete transactions.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow all safety policies and keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
