Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will load, unload, stock, and stage product using forklifts and pallet jacks, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and following OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent work experience.
• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Capable of basic math and reading labels/aisles.
• Clear communication and attentive listening.
• Basic computer usage skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/putaway, ensure accurate inventory and proper storage locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; verify counts and types.
• Move product into trailers or containers for loading.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are undamaged and accurately recorded.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow OSHA standards.
